One of the best ways to enjoy our preserve is to take a Guided Hike and now Autrey Mill offers several options! Each hike lasts about an hour and is led by our Director Ben Team.

Our guided hikes for 2012
Guided Daytime Nature Hikes
Enjoy Saturday morning and Tuesday afternoon guided hikes that explore our 46 acres of forests, streams, and wetlands. Hikes last approximately one hour.
Tuesdays at 4pm

All ages welcome (a parent must hike with children under 12)
per hiker - $5 members, $7 non-members, under age 3 free
Registration is suggested.

Guided Night Hike for your Family
Explore the forest after dark with a guided hike just for your family! Available to our members only (Family level and above), we offer a night hike led by Director Ben Team.

Watershed Discovery
Explore Sal's Creek and the surrounding wetlands with a guide. Learn about watersheds, aquatic critters, and why wetlands are so important. Participants will have a chance to get their feet wet!

Love Bird Hikes
Hike with your Valentine (even if that is mom, dad, son, or daughter) and explore the habitats and habits of the local fauna. This is a great time to get out and enjoy the outdoors as the wildlife begins emerging from their winter slumber and entering a spring pattern. Hikes last approximately 1 hour.
Morning Hike on Saturday, Feb 11 at 10am
Night Hike on Tuesday, Feb 14 at 7pm
