- The Autrey Mill Nature Preserve Association, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that was formed in 1989 to operate, protect, improve the preserve, and provide programming to the public.
- An all-volunteer Board of Directors governs the non-profit and employs a full-time director and 2 part-time employees for daily management of the preserve and its programming.
