Autrey Mill Nature Preserve and Heritage Center is offering its 12th summer of
day camp at its
beautiful 46 acre site. Our facility features a mixed wood forest, a
stream with rocky shoals, hiking trails, visitor center, and historic buildings.
At our Nature Camps for ages 4-5 and
Nature Camps for ages 6-10, campers will not only learn but they'll have fun doing it!
Each day is filled with subject specific, hands-on, science-based activities.
Some time is spent indoors going over concepts, but most time is spent outdoors
learning by doing.
Our Heritage Camp for ages 6-10, is designed for young ladies that wish
to learn about life of American girls throughout history. Each day of camp
will feature games, crafts, and activities that help to illuminate the life
styles of American girls in a variety of historical and cultural contexts.
